    当店のEメールを受信していない場合は、私達をあなたのEメールクライアントのホワイトリストに登録してください。またはスパムフォルダを確認してください。
  • 貴方のブラウザのパスワードCookieについて：
    「マイアカウントへのログイン」や「パスワード再設定後にログイン」を失敗する場合は、自動保存されたログインパスワードのCookieがブラウザに残っている可能性があります。
    お使いのブラウザに保存されている当サイトのログインパスワードのCookieを削除してください。

  • 入荷通知リストについて:
    入荷通知リストに登録しただけでは、マイアカウントにログインすることはできません。
    マイアカウントに登録すれば、「入荷通知リスト」と「ほしいものリスト」に登録ができ、マイアカウントページで各リストの登録商品を閲覧することができます。

  • About Email:
    Have you confirmed receipt of our My Account registration confirmation email?
    Your account creation will not be complete until you click the confirmation link in the email you receive. After completing this process, please make sure you are logged in and can enter your My Account page.
    If you haven't received our email, please add us to your email client's whitelist. Or check your spam folder.
  • Password cookie for your browser:

  • About Waitlist:
    You cannot log in to MyAccount just by registering for the Waitlist.
    Once you register for My Account, you can register for the "Waitlist" and "Wishlist", and you can browse the registered products in each list on the My Account page.
